Born with deep ties to Bangladesh and raised with the spirit of its rich tradition, Arefeen
Chowdhury has called Metro Atlanta home since 2003. For over two decades, he has
combined his heritage with his American journey and ready to serve clients across the

Arefeen's academic background is anchored in finance, having earned his Bachelor of
Science, Master of Science, and MBA in Finance from Georgia State University. This
strong financial foundation enables him to guide clients through complex transactions
with analytical precision—whether they're first-time homebuyers navigating financing
options or seasoned investors evaluating portfolio opportunities.
Beyond numbers and contracts, Arefeen carries forward a lifelong love for Bangladeshi
culture and literature. After the completion his HSC from Notre Dame College, Arefeen
migrated to Atlanta in 2003. Despite spending his entire adult life in the United States,
he maintains a vibrant connection to his roots through the written word, having
published collections of Bengali poetry that reflect both his ancestral homeland and his
life as a diaspora voice. This dual identity informs his approach to real estate: he
understands what it means to seek belonging in a new community while honoring where
you came from.
Arefeen is also a proud veteran who honorably served in both the U.S. Army and the
Georgia National Guard. His military service instilled values of discipline, integrity, and
service that continue to shape his approach to client relationships and business ethics
today.

back to the societies—both in Atlanta and Bangladesh—that have shaped his life. This
